PRIME PAINTINGHave to share my news!!!!! The paint on my new home is two years old!!!!! I am still in awe as I thought it was less tha 3 months old. It is a medium gray color and the darker colors tend to fade out. Not this one! This paint job looks new!!!! The detailing of the second color is perfect! Not a stray spot of paint anywhere!!!!! Prime painting did an excellent job, the painting was done well and quickly and the house looks much better. One star lost as was advised they could come a day earlier than scheduled. I agreed to this, but on that day, it turned out they needed to finish a touch up job elsewhere, which ended up taking them all day, so they couldn’t come a day early after all.

From the first call to completion, our experience with prime painting was awesome. We were on a time crunch with moving and they worked to get us in and got the whole house painted in 3 days. We can't say enough on the finished product. From Vanessa quoting the job and finding detail we missed to Gonzalo and crew paying attention to all the details. We needed the bottom trim around the whole house plus the back pony wall painted a different color. The scheduling was top notch especially with the rain delay and the online invoicing was fast and easy. Bravo! We will be contacting you for all our painting needs.

We hired them to paint our high hallways and would absolutely hands down recommend this company. Workers showed up on time and did a great job. Left the project finished and clean. I particularly liked that this company employs women in supervisory positions and both Melissa and Vanessa did a fantastic job getting the job done on time and were professional with dealing with their male painters. I say this because I want to reward businesses and owners with my patronage who give women a chance to be in these positions. Women’s talents are highly underutilized. This company deserves kudos for having these two women represent them. We had 3 bids from different companies, they were all in the same ballpark. I gave all 3 companies the chance to match offers and decided to go with Vanessa’s offer because she 1. Was the most interested in getting the job, 2. Came back the next day to bid on it because there was a mixup in getting correct phone number and 3. They could guarantee prompt and quick start of the project. 4. They fully honored what they promised and bid on. Thumbs up and 5 stars! Now if we would have just the same luck with dishwasher delivery and installation. I can tell you who not to go with, haha. In any event, Prime Painting is a great company to deal with that does excellent and quality work.

Prime Painting did a wonderful job from start to finish. The estimator came on time and gave me an immediate quote. The owner, Jim, showed up early on the scheduled day of painting and was on site most of the day to make sure everything was exactly like we wanted. The painters did an excellent job painting, as well as cleaning up afterwards. Jim returned to our home to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I was so impressed with the professionalism of Prime Painting and also with the quality of work. I highly recommend this company. We are now thinking of having them paint the exterior of our house.

My experience with Prime Painting was exceptional. I contacted them for a quote to paint my exterior block wall and got a response from Vanessa (office manger)same day who came out and quoted my project and then worked with me over the next week on tweaking the project as I kept changing ideas. The crew (Antonio and Carlos) that came out did a great job listening and respected my property in every way possible. Amazing outcome when the project was done. Very responsive and high attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and will never use another paint company in the valley!

The team from Prime Painting did a great job on the exterior of our house. Put on 3 different colors perfectly, and painted our exterior block wall. We had some interuptions from rain that they handled well, and stayed in contact with us. We selected Prime not as the lowest bid, but they were reasonably close, and certainly the most professional. We will be contacting them in when we decide to do the interior.

Antonio from Prime Painting came to our house to paint a bedroom, bathroom, our dining room and to put a clear finish on our front door exterior. Everything was smooth and professional, from the quote process, to getting scheduled, to having them come and paint. They were quick, and did a good job taping things off and keeping things clean. There were a few paint drips and splatters, but they cleaned these up when I asked. Due to my mistake they had to come back a second day to finish the door, but they stuck with their original quote and did not give me a hard time about my error. Overall a great experience and when we decide to do more painting we will call them again!

Overall, we're happy with the outcome of Prime Painting. Our house was completed in a timely manner with good quality of the work. The crew was on time, respectful, and easy to work with every day. We did run into some issues that are important to acknowledge. They had to come back out for touch-ups and some trim pieces that were missed. Communication with Jim was a struggle, the office did not provide the crew clear directions regarding the details of our job, and they grossly over-ordered paint leaving us with 10+ gallons of white paint to store. Additionally, there were issues on the final touches like re-installing handles upside down, doors not closing properly anymore and many stripped screws discovered as we fixed the doors.

I received quotes from multiple painters and ultimately selected Prime Painting due to their combination of responsiveness, communication, and competitive price. My project ended up having to work around rain, illnesses, and re-work by other contractors, but Prime Painting remained flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Prime Painting and Construction did an amazing job on our home. From the initial visit by Vanessa, who came by and gave us our very detailed estimate, answering all my questions. She broke down all the costs, and with all their other great reviews we read, we decided to go with them. Luke and Joe our two painters, were very timing and explained all the work that they would be doing. They did our home as it were their own. They also painted our inside stair railings, and it looks fantastic!!! Should anyone ask, I will be suggesting Prime Painting and Construction to them. Again , thank you to Vanessa, Luke and Joe. This company must have lost its experienced painters during Covid because, the experience I had with them was the WORST!!!I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt & just be patient but, when they said they were finished, the job looked like I had paid a teenager to do it.Just sloppy.No attention to detail.Definitely not what you'd expect when hiring a professional.So unfortunately, I cannot give them anything but a VERY POOR review.They might've been good once but, they certainly arent now.I DO NOT recommend using this company!You are seriously better off saving a little money and doing the work yourself. I mean I had to, even after hiring them to do the work.Save yourself the headache & look elsewhere or like I said, just tackle it yourself. It certainly wont take you any longer than what they spent doing and you'll be MUCH HAPPIER with the end result.

We didn't get past the estimate process! The gentlemen who came to our home were professional and engaging, emailed me once to say it would be a day or two before we got our estimate, and the estimate never came. That was two weeks ago. Three texts, including two to the business and one to one of the estimators, generated no response. Bullet dodged? We'll never know!

I got quotes from 4 companies and Prime Painting was the best price. That along with their ratings and client comments is why I chose them. Due to COVID and delays on new doors and other things that needed to get done before the paint, I had to delay the painting for months but Vanessa was very understanding, helpful and accommodating. I am sooo pleased with the quality of the paint and the crews work. They did a great job sealing old wood and cracks in the stucco. The crew was very timely and respectful while working. The paint for my front door was mixed incorrectly at the paint store and it was only noticed after the job was done. But within a week or so they were back out with the right color to repaint. No charge of course. My house looks amazing and fresh! Really happy with the finished project, it makes me smile every day.

I had several colors throughout my house, and Jim's crew was able to tackle the interior in under two days. I also had some last minute changes to paint a few ceilings, and they were able to accommodate the extra time and labor of covering up the walls they already painted in order to do the ceilings. I was very impressed! My house looks amazing now!

The owner contacted me the same day (which was a Saturday) that I requested a quote and had a written quote to me within a couple of days. They were able to start work within a few days of my request and did a great job!! All of the crew were friendly and easy to work with. From the start Jim answered all my questions with knowledge and patience. He explained in detail the process and how things worked. I was especially pleased that not only was he licensed and bonded but he did not subcontract any of the job. He put all my expectations I requested in the contract. Jose along with his crew of three men arrived promptly. They were professional and pleasant. I have a large 2 story home and they completed prepping, scraping, fixing and painting in less than 2 days! They did a very good job. The price was fair and within the same range as the other 3 bids. I am pleased with my decision.
